All payments made to Artivism are processed securely. Because we provide digital services, creative content, and/or subscription-based access, refunds are generally limited and subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Subscription Cancellations
If you subscribe to a recurring plan:

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future billing.

You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within an active billing period unless required by law.
To cancel your subscription, please follow the cancellation instructions in your account dashboard or contact us directly.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

You were charged in error (duplicate or incorrect billing).

You cancel within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase and have not significantly used the service.

There is a verified technical issue on our end that prevents access to the service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Partial use of a subscription period.

5. Event or Program Cancellations (If Applicable)
If Artivism cancels an event, workshop, or paid program:

Participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
If a participant cancels:

Cancellation 7+ days before the event: Eligible for partial refund (minus administrative fees).

Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: Non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will:

Be processed to the original payment method.

Be issued within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exclude any non-refundable transaction or processing fees, where applicable.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

You may lose access to current and future services.
We encourage users to contact us first so we can resolve concerns promptly and fairly.
8. Changes to This Policy
